Hello Subscriber First Name,

I am so happy you made it here.

I realised I haven’t done a proper introduction in my first email… so here goes:

I’m Rachel, someone who is finally ready to OWN being a fantabulous coach because frankly, that is something I’m really good at.

But I’m not just here to tell you how awesome I am* (you wouldn’t be here otherwise, right?)

(unless I manually added you, like my sister 🀭)

I left my well-paid job seven weeks ago to enter the risky sea of entrepreneurship, and goodness gracious, the ebbs and flow of each day is frankly kinda wild.

Especially if you have a fierce determination to make it, but like, in a easy breezy not too cheesy way without burning your health to the ground.

β€œOmg how is it already 3pm and I have only rolled out of bed and finished my 18 hour morning routine pottering around the house”

β€œWhat the hell am I doing” (this special kind of existential dread seems to strangely only occur when I’m trying to fall asleep)

β€œI don’t know what to write about”

β€œHow do I even talk about this thing I do that feels so… intangible???”

Thoughts of fear and judgement that loop more frequently than I would like to admit.

Unravelling from the grips of Do More to Be More is taking it’s time. It still feels like a luxury for me to be here, to have the time spaciousness that my 9-5 self once dreamed of.

Every day, I am remembering to not take this for granted, even if it means meeting the fear and terror of: how the fuck am I going to make this work?

It’s only through coming back to my trust in the process, my gratitude for my past self that had some foresight to save some cashes for god knows what instead of buying the house that society told me to, the side-quests I am also eye-ing (if you run a bookshop, hire me), and the unwavering trust that when I meet myself where I am, I can access the felt sense of safety within me.

Safety as in - you’re okay, baby girl.

Touching the flowing river of Life that is always holding us afloat, even when we are unaware of it.

I have no β€˜real’ business plan for how all of this is going to unfold, except for tuning in to what my intuition is nudging me towards each day.

This New Moon in Cancer seeded something in me - I finally started a Substack (which I will tell you about later) - and also this, a small way to say thanks for joining me on my quest of moving towards a more joyous, delightful world where we all stop killing! each! other!

Last night, I suddenly had the burst of inspiration to offer you a free 30 minute introductory natal chart reading in the upcoming weeks.

I am halfway through a year-long mentorship with Oak Astrology School, and have been steeping in astrological studies since 2022 with various teachers and mentors.

Astrology has transformed the way I relate to myself and navigate the world, it has granted me language to understand the cycles of Time we inhabit, and shifted my relationship to all of Life - to all beings, to Earth herself and the magic of the Skies that are always reflecting us back to Us.

Whether you’ve had a natal chart reading before or not, allowing yourself to be reflected by your birth chart - a blueprint of where the positions of celestial bodies were when you were born - can be an affirming process to remember that you are Who You Are, and how all of Life loves you exactly as you are.

I may not be a seasoned pro astrologer yet, but I realised this week that what I already know may be enough to be a sweet reflection to you. I get to hone my reading skills, you get to receive some cute astrological insights. Win-win!

Astrology is truly one of the main loves of my life and I want to share this with you too.
